Emanuela Saccoccio - Notary's Assistant
She deals primarily with the Real Estate sector, with a specific focus on the drafting of mortgage searches reports for credit institutions. She drafts mortgage documents and handles all transactions with banks prior to, and following the drafting.
She works with our Offices since 2008.
She deals with clients handling preliminary meetings and deals with analytical selection of client requirements with regards Real estate Transfers (gifts, sales and purchases, divisions and so on). Drafting Assistant. She specialises in the procedures field, in particular registrations and drafting of registration documents. She also handles mortgage searches and retrieval and analysis of plans and planimetric drawings. Another of her tasks is the precautionary management of anti-money laundering tasks.

Claudia Angelini – Notary's Assistant
Formerly an Assistant in the Offices of Notary Guido Fuccillo since 2002.
Office Assistant since 2009. She handles prevalently the Corporate sector, handling client meetings and drafting of Company Deeds, such as constitutional Deeds, records, Company-related transactions and rentals. She handles all subsequent procedures (registrations, annotations, etc.) with a specialism in the registration of Deeds in the National Business Registry. She also acts as Drafting Assistant.
She performs mortgage searches and research and retrieval of plans and planimetric drawings. Accounts management is another of her responsibilities.

Iolanda Recco – Notary's Assistant
She undertakes secretarial tasks. These include the preparation and management of copies, transfers to inventories (Repertori), preparation of Proxies, and documents related to the sale of vehicles.
She is also in charge of accounts and diary management.
